In 1989, Te.Co. Architetti e Ingegneri Associati was created. In 2005, it merged with BeaStudio Architetti Associati to become TECO+ partners. In 2022, the professional studio was transformed into a company, Stp Srl, consisting of 4 senior partners and a team of 30 collaborators – architects, civil engineers, designers and professionals assisting the projects.

  We design residential, scholastic and sports buildings and complexes, as well as offices and productive establishments in Italy and abroad. We work in Switzerland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrein, Angola and Iran, measuring ourselves against different contexts and cultures.

  We deal daily with building ecology, energy consumption, water management, conservation of green spaces, air quality, soil protection and noise reduction.

  The environmental quality of our projects arises from our study and experience of techniques for the use of renewable energies, bio-architecture construction systems, biocompatible materials and passive climate control. Our team is updated through courses and projects such as Ecoabita, CasaClima and ANAB.

  We are consultants on the territorial and urbanistic sustainability of building projects, and in drawing up integrated programs for the renewal of areas subject to urban and social degradation. We design Masterplans in national and international contexts.

  Our global approach includes structural, energy and systems design.
For many years, we have developed planning in the BIM area, structuring an effective methodology of project management able to ensure integration and complete collaboration between all disciplines and control of all planning phases.

  We pay particular attention to safety in the building site, a place in which many people, machines and materials coexist. We handle with experience and professionalism compliance programs that require maximum diligence, prudence and expertise in order to ensure the safety of the people present in the building site every day.
